Lana Carmichael is the CEO and Managing Director of GreenEnergy GPO. Lana is a trusted leader and serves as a sustainability expert to leading brands, manufacturers and corporations. Lana brings a unique blend of business and environmental perspectives acquired over her 14+ years of sustainability experience. Her specialties are in helping clients to navigate the complex global carbon offset and EAC markets to properly address their GHG emissions.

At GreenEnergy GPO, Lana is responsible for management of key accounts, leading business development efforts that include strategic growth, overseeing the company’s financial performance, investments and other business endeavors, and for helping our members achieve their sustainability goals while benefiting from our unique group purchasing model.

Michelle is the founder of clever carbon. She launched her career in Silicon Valley where she worked for some of the biggest names in tech including Salesforce and DocuSign. A proponent for making sustainability the new norm, Michelle founded clever carbon to help teach people about carbon footprint in a hip, fun, and relatable way. She is a TEDx and SXSW 2022 speaker on the topic of carbon literacy and believes that a carbon literate society is one where transparency and accountability will flourish and one worth striving for.

I work with companies to scale circular solutions to combatting climate change. I worked with Continuus Materials to achieve circular certifications and recognition for their upcycled product. Previously, I was the founding President of the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute. Served five years in the Schwarzenegger administration as CA Director of the Depart. of Conservation. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Business and lives in Tampa, Fl.

Stephen Donofrio is currently the Program Director of Forest Trends’ nonprofit initiative Ecosystem Marketplace, a renowned climate expert, creative strategist, and experienced leader with a strong sustainability/ESG track record in building programs, products, and teams, developing partnerships, and raising capital through fundraising and sales. He is the author of dozens of publications, articles and reports, is regularly quoted by media, is a speaker at high-level conferences, and is a participant in several specialist working groups.

Rob has worked in ClimateTech, Renewable Energy, and Sustainability since 2005 (CleanTech 1.0!) as an entrepreneur, executive, consultant, policy advisor, project developer, and investor. He helps funds and early stage climatetech companies identify and create value and turn their potential into tangible progress and sustainable growth that scales.
