After working on biomedical research in the US and Singapore for a few years, I felt so deeply compelled to address our planet's mounting environmental crises that I decided to leave my academic research position to join an incubation program and subsequently cofound a plastic biodegradation start-up. The start-up has unfortunately shut down, but I am eager to find my next project to fight climate change and to protect our planet.
