I weave between the worlds of startups, investor advising, and governance. As a lifelong entrepreneur (as a 10 year old, I began charging my little sister to sleep on my bedroom floor), I've known the three facets of world-making: technology, investment, and operations support.

Currently I support organizations in the realms of company-building, from strategy to marketing. At the core, I prepare organizations for their own climate resilient future via innovation pipeline building. I create an operations system of creativity and risk management.

Zarmeen is a transformational and values-based leader with over 26 years’ experience, intersecting across investment management, impact investing and gender lens investing, international development and the startup ecosystems. As a Partner at SDGX Ventures, we support high potential founders who are working on deep tech solutions, across Australia, Asia and Europe, providing early funding, deep mentorship and capacity building support and provide the global cross border technology transfer to help grow and scale up our start-ups. The last 28 years, has allowed me to focus on my intentions of working towards transforming the investor and capital markets as a force for good. Th ultimate goal of addressing the UN SDGs and creating a positive impact people and planet will define my success within this life time on Earth.
